How Danny Works
Testing comes first. Every recommendation starts with your water, not a catalogue. Bring a sample to the showroom and testing for hardness, iron, TDS, pH, sulphur, manganese, nitrates and more is free — then the system is sized to your household and your water, whether that is a well or town water.
Standard parts, owned outright. Danny builds softeners on proven platforms — Clack WS series and Pentair 5600 and 5800 family valves — that any competent technician can service and get parts for. No proprietary lock-in, no rental that never ends. You buy the system, you own it.
Straight answers. The guides on this site carry Danny’s name because they carry his opinions: a twin-tank softener only makes sense if someone is showering at 3 AM, a non-electric system saves roughly the power of an alarm clock, and salt efficiency is worth about two or three bags a year. If your water does not need a piece of equipment, he will tell you that instead of selling it to you.
